My name is Anastassia Olmos, Stassi for short.
I am an Emmy-award winning investigative reporter currently working in Atlanta at Atlanta News First. I was previously reporting for KNBC in my hometown of Los Angeles, California. I spent several years as a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.

I graduated with a bachelors from the University of Southern California and then obtained a masters degree from Columbia Journalism School in New York City.

Some of my investigations including liability lawsuits in Georgia and the property insurance crisis in Florida contributed to legislative changes. Some of the more notable stories I've investigated include 2024 violent protests of the war in Gaza across Los Angeles and the lack of safety protocols from universities and police; the 2019 Murdaugh boat crash in South Carolina where law enforcement did not DUI test the teens; and the 2020 Christmas Day bombing in Downtown Nashville after police had been previously warned of the bomber.
